How to create a Disposition and Pause code list in the panel?

Disposition List helps the agent to mark the output of the call whereas a Pause Code List helps the agent to select the type of break they are taking. 


To create a Disposition List, click on Services, then Outbound Services, further, go to Disposition Lists tab on the side-navigation. Now, click on Add Disposition List button on the top-right corner. 


To create a Pause Code list, click on Services, then Outbound Services, further, go to Pause Code Lists tab on the side-navigation. Now, click on Add Pause Code List button on the top-right corner.
