How to do manual dialing through the agent dialer panel?

Manual Dial helps the agents to dial the numbers of contacts or leads manually through the dial pad.


To make an outbound call, an agent needs to click on Manual Dial button and then enter the customer number and after that click the Call Now button to initiate the call.
