How to manage a call broadcast?

Broadcast Campaign helps you reach out to hundreds and thousands of prospects in a matter of seconds by broadcasting a message as per targeted audience and then recording their responses.

To start a Broadcast Campaign, click on Select an Action against the campaign and hit Start Broadcast. The status will be changed from Not Active to Active.

To view the call broadcast detail of a selected campaign, click on Select an Action against the campaign and click Call Broadcast Detail.
