First Time Login
If you're logging in for the first time, please check your email for the login information. Your welcome email contains your login credentials and a URL to access the Smartflo portal.
Follow these steps to login to the Smartflo Portal:
1. Click on the URL provided in the email. The link redirects you to the Smartflo portal.
2. Enter the login ID, password and click Login.
3. If you are signing in for the first time, then it will prompt you to change your password.
4. Reset the password and enter your login ID and password to sign in to your Smartflo account.
What should you do if you have repeatedly entered an incorrect password?
On entering an incorrect login ID or password three times, a warning email is sent to the user informing them of failed login attempts. Subsequently, on the fifth failed login attempt, the login is blocked automatically for security reasons.
The same information is conveyed to the user via their registered email address, and a password reset link is sent. The user can click on the link and reset their password to get their account unblocked easily.
Note: You might get the below error if someone else has logged in to your account.
