What is the difference between an IVR and an Auto Attendant?

Auto Attendant manages the call queue and automatically plays hold or connect music while navigating the call. However, IVR provides the VoIP service that facilitates the customer inputs to proceed with the call, e.g. a customer presses 1 for technical assistance and 2 for sales support.
