How to upload the recordings in the portal?

A System Recording can be used as pre-recorded message in Auto-Attendant, IVR, Voicemail and as Music on Hold.


To upload a System Recording, click on Services then System Recordings tab on the side-navigation. Now, click on Upload Recording button on the top-right corner.
