What should I do if my Click to Call is not working?

There could be the following reasons why your Click to Call function is not working. 

  • Outgoing service may be disabled on the TATA team's end. 
  • The DID is blocked on the agent's device. 
  • There could be a problem with the agent's mobile number, such as a network or recharge issue.
