The SIP Utilization Report displays trunk-wise channel utilization as well as the duration of the call when the call is not connected to the agent and the duration of the call when the call is connected to the agent.
To view the SIP Utilization Report, click on Reporting, and then SIP Utilization Report tab on the side-navigation.
