The Agent Activity Logs allows you to view the activity logs for all agents, so that you can keep track of all the activity done by the agent including information such as name, login ID, IP address, browser, and operating system.
To view the Agent Activity Logs, click on Reporting, and then Agent Activity Logs tab on the side-navigation.
