How to create a dialer campaign?

The Dialer Campaign is used to initiate concurrent calls to a huge chunk of leads or prospects, which when answered, are redirected to agents for offering support. Lead lists are uploaded on the dialer and dialed as per the set configurations. 

To create a Dialer Campaign, click on Services, then Outbound Service, further, go to Manage Campaign tab on the side-navigation. Now, click on Add Dialer Campaign button on the top-right corner.
