What is dial-in enabled and dial-in disabled?

Enforce Dial-In allows the agents to login into the Admin Dialer Portal post making a call on the number that displays on the agent screen and entering the 5-digit session ID. 


Dial-in disabled allows to login without calling the number visible on the screen.
