Agent Script provide help to agents about what to do when they get a customer issue. Agent Script reduces the human errors involved in the process, because agents know which actions they need to perform next while they interact with a customer.
To create an Agent Script, click on Services, then Outbound Services, further, go to Agent Script tab on the side-navigation. Now, click on Add Agent Script button on the top-right corner.
